Babak has 20 years of experience across Silicon Valley startups and global semiconductor leaders. He founded startups spanning generative AI, autonomous vehicles, 5G silicon, and wearables, and built and led the engineering group at Quantenna on its path to an IPO. He previously held senior roles at Qualcomm and Broadcom, and research positions at IBM Research and NEC Labs America. Babak holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia and a doctorate in Information Technology from Tampere University, Finland. He has 9 US and international patents.

Matt has 20 years of experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design, delivering high-speed data converters and clocking systems in advanced CMOS nodes at Broadcom, LSI, and Agere Systems, and touchpad silicon at Synaptics. His recent work spans machine learning infrastructure and edge AI deployment. His designs have shipped in high-volume products across the storage and networking industries. Matthew holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. from Caltech.

Mingoo is Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering at Columbia University, where he chairs the Computer Engineering Program. A pioneer of SRAM in-memory computing and inventor of the XNOR SRAM, he has published more than 150 papers and holds several patents, and his group has prototyped over 40 test chips. He has supervised 20+ Ph.D.s now at NVIDIA, Apple, Google, TSMC, and Intel. He received the NSF CAREER Award and the Qualcomm Faculty Award. Mingoo earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
